NO REFUND AND FORCE MAJEURE EVENT POLICY

All ticket sales are final.

By purchasing a ticket, pass, upgrade, or any admission to this event, the ticket holder expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All tickets are non refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel issues, illness, injury, dissatisfaction with the event, lineup changes, or failure to attend.

This policy applies to all ticket types, including general admission, VIP packages, add-ons, upgrades, and passes of any kind.

EVENT CHANGES

The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performers, programming, format, or venue location at any time when deemed necessary. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or partial refund.

FORCE MAJEURE AND ACTS OF GOD

No refunds will be issued if the event is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified, unless canceled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer.

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, severe or inclement weather conditions including snowstorms, ice, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, extreme heat, or other natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or communicable disease outbreaks including any current or future variants, government orders, mandates, restrictions, shutdowns, or capacity limitations, travel disruptions, power outages, labor shortages, supply chain interruptions, civil unrest, terrorism threats, or other emergency situations, or any other force majeure event recognized by applicable law.

PANDEMIC AND PUBLIC HEALTH DISCLAIMER

By attending this event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to illness, disease, or virus, including but not limited to COVID 19 or any future public health concerns. The event organizer shall not be held liable for any resulting illness, injury, or medical expenses.

No refunds will be issued due to health-related concerns, public health restrictions, or personal decisions not to attend.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

By completing this purchase, the ticket holder agrees that this No Refund Policy supersedes any chargeback rights for reasons other than confirmed fraud.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered by this policy constitutes a breach of these terms. The event organizer reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide documentation of this policy, proof of purchase, and proof of delivery to the payment processor or financial institution.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Purchase and possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of all terms stated herein. These terms are binding upon the ticket holder and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
